SAFETY TRAINING

MINCO has a substance abuse program for all employees, that includes pre-hire drug screening as well as random, for cause and post accident screening. MINCO has a very extensive safety-training program, that includes the following:

Apprenticeship Program

MINCO has a four-year apprenticeship program accredited by the National Center for Construction Education and Research. Upon completion of the four-year program an employee is a skilled craft worker in the field of insulation. MINCO's goal is to provide quality, highly trained craftsmen for every project.
